Job Description
Do you have solid background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring Maintenance Technician in Blacksburg, VA.
Key duties and details for Maintenance Technician:
- Responsible for ensuring resident service requests are completed timely and call backs are minimal
- Make sure preventative maintenance is completed throughout the year, oversee the turn process when residents move out and maintain an excellent rapport with residents and office staff
- Schedule and perform minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment on a regular basis
- Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (some weekends and overtime required and must be able to work the on-call shift when assigned)
- Pay rate: $18-$20/hr
- Excellent benefits package upon full-time hire
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
- Solid background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC
- Must be able to work overtime and on-call
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in Residential Maintenance
- Valid driver's license
