Key duties and details for Maintenance Tech:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment
- Perform minor electrical maintenance including, but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
- Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work
- Perform basic mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting of production machines
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pay rate: $18/hr
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Maintenance Tech:
- Must have at least one year of maintenance experience
- Experience in greenhouse maintenance is preferred
- Problem solving skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to walk/stand for extended period of time
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
- Must be comfortable with heights of 30 feet
- Must be able to work on rotating call schedule
