Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Packaging Machine Operator positions in Grand Prairie, TX.  
    
Details for Packaging Machine Operator Position:  
$17-17.50 / Hour 
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire  
Weekly Pay

Job Duties for Packaging Machine Operator Position:  
Operate assigned packaging equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards
Inspect codes, dates, seals, oxygen levels, and settings to ensure proper operation
Set up and achieve complete startup of packaging machines independently
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
Support training and assist other PMOs and technicians on the floor
Collaborate on testing and implementing new products and process improvements
Ensure quality products and accurate documentation are maintained
Communicate and direct team members effectively
Complete Clean, Inspect, and Lubricate (CIL) procedures regularly
Participate in one-on-one reviews and skill development training
Follow all policies, safety rules, and successfully complete required safety and operator training
Completes any other related tasks as needed  
  
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Packaging Machine Operator Position:  
High school diploma or equivalent  
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Physically capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and performing hands-on tasks
Comfortable working on feet for long periods and navigating stairs or platforms
Adaptable to cold, wet, and noisy production environments
Reliable with flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
