Job Description
Do you have supervisor experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Line Supervisor positions for a growing company in Surgoinsville, TN.
Details for Production Line Supervisor Position:
· $19hr -$20/hr after first 60 days. $22.66 once hired. Will hire with in first 90 days.
· 7p-7a
· 2-2-3 Schedule
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Supervisor Position:
· Supervises and coordinates production personnel and processes to ensure efficient, timely output meeting safety and quality standards
· Plans, assigns, and directs work; evaluates performance; manages recognition and discipline; addresses and resolves employee concerns
· Communicates and collaborates with other supervisors, planning, maintenance, quality, and HR to support company objectives
· Ensures adherence to production schedules, standards, and safety procedures for an injury-free workplace
· Trains employees on quality, technical skills, safety, and job procedures
· Identifies and communicates staffing needs to the Production Manager
· Implements progressive discipline promptly for policy or safety violations
· Notifies Production Manager or Maintenance of equipment issues
· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of customer quality requirements
· Performs additional duties as assigned by management
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Production Line Supervisor Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience as a coordinator or other qualified supervisor
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
