Job Description 

Job Title: Branch Manager  

Reports to: Regional Director  

FLSA Status: Exempt 

 

Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. The Branch Manager builds rapport with Clients and the community, creating and implementing strategies to achieve the performance targets of the branch. 

 

Essential Job Functions:  
  • Manage branch location and employees 
  • Address and/or report discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies  
  • Administer testing (drug, skills, policy, etc.) 
  • Foster and manage employee relations, including but not limited to counseling, coaching, discipline, and discharge 
  • Create and manage paper and digital personnel files 
  • Maintain office workspace organization and tidiness 
  • Provide polite and professional customer service using various forms of communication  
  • Create, develop, and maintain business relationships  
  • Practice confidentiality  
  • Collaborate with staff and Clients to promote sales growth    
  • Tour and evaluate Client facilities 
  • Maintain regular and expected attendance 
  • Resolve Client concerns promptly and professionally 
  • Attend networking events to promote community engagement and professional development 
  • Conduct performance evaluations  
  • Manage orders and expenditures 
  • Participate in teams, projects, programs, or special assignments 
  • Oversee forecasting and recruiting efforts 
  • Facilitate and/or attend marketing events  
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings 
  • Verify payroll and invoice accuracy 
  • Communicate, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures  
  • Provide valid driver’s license and proof of insurance 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent computer skills including competency in Microsoft applications

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner 
  • Work responsibly with or without supervision 
  • Meet continuing education and certification requirements 

 

Physical Requirements: 
  • Primarily sedentary work that involves sitting/standing/bending/twisting/kneeling, however must have ability to walk considerable distance for an hour at a time, with or without notice on facility tours 
  • Some lifting or carrying 0-30 pounds  
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods 
  • Occasional repetitive hand and foot motion    
  • Occasional driving 

Supervisory Role: This position does have supervisory responsibility
