Job Description
Are you looking for a management opportunity? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring a Restaurant Manager in Dublin, VA or Wytheville
*This is a Direct-Hire position*
Key duties and details for Restaurant Manager:
· Maximizes profits by controlling expenses within established budget guidelines
· Identifies, evaluates, and responds appropriately to labor efficiency problems
· Assists restaurant management in identifying sales growth opportunities in-restaurant merchandising and local restaurant marketing ideas
· Work schedule: Varies
· Salary: $750 per week, DOE
· Benefits (90% employer paid major medical after 90 days, PTO Plan and managers eat free)
· Direct-Hire
Qualifications for Restaurant Manager:
· Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
· Must have computer skills with proficiency in MS Word
· Ability to multi-task
· Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, federal and state employment laws
· Food Safety Manager certification required
· Must be prepared to multi-task in accordance with the demands of the business
