Job Description
Are you bilingual in Spanish and English with supervisory experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor positions in Russellville, KY.

Job Duties for Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor:
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely output
- Develop and post production schedules and daily work assignments based on operational needs and employee strengths
- Provide hands-on support and guidance on the shop floor, driving safety, quality, delivery, and team morale
- Communicate, train, guide, and coach employees to achieve operational and quality goals
- Assign personnel according to manufacturing demands and assess employee skills for optimal placement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local, provincial, and federal regulations, and collective agreements
- Continuously monitor and adjust for equipment and material limitations to optimize output
- Track and analyze output, labor efficiency, expenses, and quality indicators to drive improvements
- Measure and drive performance in key process indicators
- Foster collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Quality departments to meet production targets
- Participate in regular management meetings to review production results and set improvement priorities
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Bilingual Manufacturing Supervisor:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 1- 3 years related work experience
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and labor laws
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
