Details for Manufacturing Team Leader Position:
- $22.25 / Hour
- 6am-2:30pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Occasional Travel to Clients
Job Duties for Manufacturing Team Leader Position:
- Fill in for assembly operators and assist on production lines to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor team performance, conduct observations, and ensure proper training of operators
- Train new and current team members to standardize work and rotate through all positions
- Record and track skill levels, performance data, and production metrics
- Report abnormal conditions, quality issues, defects, and scrap to leadership
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned assembly equipment and verify quality checks
- Maintain and improve line balance, efficiency, and documentation
- Lead and support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate and document change point control and audit standardized work
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, quality standards, and 5S practices
- Complete required reports, charts, and daily documentation
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Manufacturing Team Leader Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, leadership, and math skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
