Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Material Handler for local established company in Wytheville.
Key duties and details for Material Handler:
· Responsible for shipping papers to customer, BOL, packing slips and maintaining contact with freight carriers
· Receive incoming freight and check for accuracy
· Take inventory of all stock rooms and communicate with materials manager
· Performing computer downloads/reporting
· Drive company forklift/truck
· Other duties as assigned
· 1st Shift, 6am-2pm
· $19.21/hr
· Temp-to-Hire
Qualifications for Material Handler:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Previous experience operating a forklift, minimum three months
· Computer proficiency
· Basic math skills
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
