Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Materials Admin Assistant (Supply Chain) positions in Campbellsville, KY.

Job Duties for Materials Admin Assistant (Supply Chain) Position:
- Review and update customer satisfaction dates
- Cut production orders and print sales shop copies
- Put units to stock and issue parts
- Perform cycle count adjustments and close work orders
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer delivery dates
- Support customer needs proactively
- Lead by example with active team participation
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions
- Complete all assigned duties efficiently
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Materials Admin Assistant (Supply Chain) Position:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Prioritize and organize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Use Microsoft Office and material management systems proficiently
- Understand manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Complete tasks and follow through under high-stress conditions
- Apply strong organizational and time management skills
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Maintain excellent attention to detail
