Job Description
Luttrell Staffing is hiring for a Mixer position in Athens, TN.
Pay $17-18 + depending on experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Identify and weigh out quantities of powder or liquid chemicals following the instructions written on the batch sheet
· Transport raw materials from storage to blending areas
· Pour or dump chemicals into a mixing vessel
· Operate blending equipment
· Empty contents of mixing vessel by operating valves to transfer product from mixing tank to transfer tanks, totes, drums, or pails
· Follow safety and housekeeping procedures. Clean and maintain blending equipment and warehouse floors. Maintain a continual alert for hazardous conditions.
· Wears all required PPE.
· High School Degree or Equivalent
· One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
· Experience driving a forklift.
