- $70-100k Salary
- Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies
- Support teams in developing and maintaining company standards and procedures
- Research and assess new technologies and process enhancements
- Aid in designing and planning new technology implementations
- Implement approved technology changes following standards
- Monitor and address issues with networking and server equipment
- Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Assist in troubleshooting end-user issues and service outages
- Other duties as assigned
- Two or more years of proven work experience with similar responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies, server roles, networking protocols, and cyber security concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and remediate complex issues
- Ability to collaborate with multiple team members and work independently while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills – the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members, third parties, and stakeholders
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties
- Must pass a background check
- Expertise with cloud-based computing such as Azure is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud-based management tools (RMM, PSA, etc.) is highly desirable
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA)
