Job details and duties for Network Support | IT:

• Promote products and services over telephone and to walk-in customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service outages and problems in an effective manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and other requests for information regarding services, billing and payment arrangements
• Schedule: Monday-Sunday (could include nights and weekends)
• Pay Rate: $15/hr
• Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications for Network Support | IT:

• Must have SQL experience
• Effectively navigate recent Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting Internet, telephone and/or cable TV services and experience in a service-provider industry is a plus
• Previous IT experience is required
• Two-year college degree in a related field is preferred
• Diploma/GED is required
