Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Team Lead Assistant positions in Wytheville, VA.
Details for Production Team Lead Assistant Position:
• $19.25-19.75 / Hour
• Full-Time | Long-Term Temp.

Job Duties for Production Team Lead Assistant:
• Act as Team Lead when needed, supporting line tasks and fault correction
• Enforce PPE use and safety compliance
• Coordinate fair rotation between cutting and pulling tasks
• Manage breaks and ensure timely returns to maintain flow
• Follow and share pre-shift instructions and shift updates
• Track attendance and communicate regularly with Luttrell Contact
• Support material handling and bottle stacking, reporting issues
• Keep work area clean and assist with ladder safety
• Monitor team health and report concerns promptly
• Assist with first aid and emergency response
• Collaborate with Company Supervisor to share accurate team info
• Use of ladders, safety blades, hooper machine, bins, etc.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications Production Team Lead Assistant:
· Diploma/GED
· Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for duration of shift
· Wear PPE as required (such as gloves, safety glasses, steel toe/slip resistant shoes, etc.)
· First aid certification preferred – client provides training
