Job Description
Do you have at least 2 years' clerical experience? Do you also have data entry skills? Luttrell Staffing Group, in partnership with VPT Inc., is currently hiring highly organized Office Administrator.
Key duties and details for Office Administrator:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, sort mail, and maintain filing and scanning
- Various administrative data entry
- Maintain supplies and submit maintenance requests
- Occasional travel to store, restaurants and bank
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm and 8am-Noon on Friday
- Pay rate: $15-$19/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
Qualifications for Office Administrator:
- 2 years' experience
- Associate Degree
- Data entry skills
- Ability to use computer, phone, photocopier and filing cabinets
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
