Key duties and details for Office Assistant:
- Duties include answering phones, greeting guests, filing, auditing and basic word processing
- Inventory and tracking various supplies
- Running errands and purchasing supplies
- Assist with company events and special projects
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Pay rate: $18.50/hour
- Monday-Friday,40 hours per week
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly, direct deposit available
These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for Office Assistant:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and typing speed of 40wpm
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid CA driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
