Key duties and details for Office Assistant:
- Greet and check in office visitors
- Provide general administrative support
- Complete tasks in Microsoft Office Suite
- Work closely with Marketing and Human Resources Departments
- Track and process expenses
- Conduct deliveries
- Inventory and track supplies
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
- $19-$22/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
Qualifications for Office Assistant:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift
