Job Description
Do you have accounting experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Bookkeeper | Accounting positions in Knoxville, TN.
Details for Bookkeeper | Accounting Position:
· $25 / Hour
· Monday-Friday | 7am-5pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Bookkeeper | Accounting Position:
· Enter and manage data for accounts payable and receivable
· Print checks and coordinate supplier invoice and payment inquiries
· Match checks to invoices and process bank deposits
· Handle workers’ compensation and general insurance claims
· Reconcile sales and maintain accounts receivable aging reports
· Generate financial reports and provide bookkeeping support
· Deliver statements to customers as needed
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Bookkeeper | Accounting Position:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have experience using Sage 100 Accounting software
· Must have experience using Quickbooks
· 1–5 years accounting or office experience required
· Proficiency in financial and bookkeeping software
· Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills
· Comfortable with math and calculations
· Excellent listening, communication, and customer service abilities
· Attention to detail and ability to work with diverse clients via phone, email, and in person
· Experience with general ledgers and word processing tools for reports and presentations
· Understanding of current accounting trends a plus
· Bilingual is a plus
