Office Manager
Job Description
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
- 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

- Support dispatch and logistics operations
- Office management and administrative coordination
- Employee onboarding and HR-related tasks
- Accounting functions, including payroll and bookkeeping
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with transparent discussions and operational debriefs
- Experience with Sage accounting software (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Casual dress code
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to sit for duration of the shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
- Background in human resources is a plus
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management or Operations & Accounting preferred
