Job Description
Do you have production or excellent customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring On-Site Customer Support & Sales Rep. positions in Spring Hill, TN.
Details for On-Site Customer Support & Sales Rep. position:
- $65K-80K / Year
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Job Duties for On-Site Customer Support & Sales Rep.:
- Manage product quality and resolve quality issues at customer facilities while fostering strong client relationships
- Conduct sales activities, including gathering customer requirements, monitoring projects, and promoting products
- Perform on-site inspections and oversee quality control processes
- Respond to quality issues and complaints with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Collaborate with customer QC departments to address issues and document progress
- Communicate quality concerns and improvement plans to internal teams
- Establish positive customer relationships through ongoing communication and requirement analysis
- Identify new business opportunities and engage in pre-sales activities
- Collect market and competitor information while analyzing customer feedback for product improvement
- Report daily inventory status, schedule deliveries, and monitor usage for promotion of consumption
- Analyze and report quality-related data for continuous improvement
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for On-Site Customer Support & Sales Rep.:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the production line (paint shop)
- Prior Automotive industry experience required.
- Experience in quality management and sales in manufacturing, automotive, or electronic components industries
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Effective communication with customers
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
