Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Power Take-Off (PTO) Driver positions in Afton, TN.

Job Duties for Power Take-Off (PTO) Driver positions:
- Operate a forklift to safely move, locate, load, and unload materials throughout the plant and warehouse
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, boxcars, and trains manually or with powered equipment
- Receive, verify, scan, sort, palletize, band, stretch-wrap, label, and stage materials for storage or shipment
- Use handheld barcode scanners to complete inventory transactions, locate finished goods, select materials, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Count materials and complete required shipping paperwork and documentation
- Perform general material-handling tasks, including repalletizing spilled loads and delivering inbound materials
- Inspect forklifts daily before use, report equipment concerns promptly, and maintain forklift batteries, scanners, label printers, and supplies
- Follow all plant safety rules, OSHA/TOSHA requirements, and safe material-handling procedures
- Participate in daily and weekly safety audits with the shift supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Can you see yourself in this Power Take-Off (PTO) Driver position?
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of material movement and powered industrial truck experience
- Forklift or power truck certification preferred
- Ability to operate various types of power trucks safely and efficiently
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Good reasoning, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Working knowledge of Oracle, Legacy, and material flow processes
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
