Job Description
Do you have packaging experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Packager | General Labor positions in Bristol, TN.
Details for Packager | General Labor position:
- $17 / Hour (plus a $2/hr shift differential rate)
- 2:30pm-11pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Occasional Overtime)
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay

Job duties for Packager | General Labor:
- Perform visual inspections, process checks, and sampling
- Operate equipment to hand assemble packaging; filling, labeling, wrapping, or closing containers
- Document production logs for each piece of equipment assigned
- Discard damaged/defective materials or products
- Perform line clearance/cleanup inspections after completion of batch
- Ensure smooth operation of line
- Wear PPE as required (ear plugs, safety shoes, and safety glasses)
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Packager | General Labor:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Provide resume and interview with client
- Pass visual acuity test
- Previous experience in Lockout/Tagout preferred
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions and procedures
- Strong manual dexterity and eyesight
- Ability to work in fast-paced, problem-solving team environment
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up and pull to 50-70 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, type, crawl, and reach
