Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for Production | General Laborer in Midway, TN. If you are interested, apply today by clicking on the link below.
As a Production Associate, you'll assist partner in moving aluminum extrusions to process in the department. This may include: stacking, removing from storage racks, racking/unracking individual pieces, packing parts or moving of bundled boxes for shipment.
**Perks & Benefits:
- $16.50/Hour
- Required to work 12-hour shifts (6 AM to 6 PM), every other weekend, on a two-week rotation totaling 36/48 hours

- Following the standardized metal handling processes set by the assigned department
- Ensuring quality throughout the process by verifying part details, quantities, quality, finish, and metal length
- Transporting metal buggies
- Supporting general departmental cleanliness
- Adhering to Company and Health & Safety policies and protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have the skills and knowledge required for this Production | General Labor position?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Essential job functions include consistent attendance, safe task performance, and adherence to safety policies
- Maintain departmental production and quality standards
- Demonstrate legible reading and writing skills
- Follow verbal and basic written instructions
- Effective communication with colleagues and management
- Perform simple mathematical calculations
- Understand die prints and verify part identification
- Learn to recognize metal quality in terms of finish and material
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Independently carry out quality work with minimal supervision
