Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Paint Operator | Production positions in Greeneville, TN.

Job Duties for Paint Operator | Production:
- Read and follow instructions and specifications to accurately and efficiently build and assemble parts and equipment
- Assemble subassemblies and components into finished products to meet customer demand
- Pack finished products into proper containers/cartons for shipment
- Work overtime as needed
- Perform rework and secondary operations within production parameters to meet customer requirements
- Assist other departments when needed
- Work well both independently and in a team environment
- Gauge and inspect components and subassemblies as required by control plans and work instructions
- Perform line checks and audits to ensure consistent quality production
- Monitor inventory of components and subassemblies; notify leader of any shortages
Requirements for Paint Operator | Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
