Job duties and details for Administrative Assistant:
  • Open store
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Take and relay messages
  • Use computer to send and receive emails
  • Clean, dust and vacuum office
  • Other duties as required
  • Pay rate: $18-$20/hr
  • 10am-4pm
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Part-Time

These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for Administrative Assistant:
  • Previous related work experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent data entry skills
  • Detail oriented and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal  
  • Ability to sit or sit for duration of shift
  • Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
