Job Description
Do you have experience in HR and are you bilingual in English and Spanish? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Bilingual HR Assistant | Part-Time positions in Morristown, TN.
Details for Bilingual HR Assistant | Part-Time position:
- $15 / Hour
- Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire (25 Hours/Week)

Job Duties for Bilingual HR Assistant | Part-Time:
- Assist with HR programs, procedures, filing, and record keeping
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct tours, prepare onboarding materials, and participate in orientation classes
- Collaborate with EHS Manager on safety training and observations
- Greet and assist customers professionally while building strong relationships with co-workers and the public
- Support training system administration across all plants and departments
- Update Safety Data Sheet library and assist with safety training tasks
- Aid in recruiting, payroll, training, and safety initiatives as directed by the Corporate Director of HR
- Assist EHS Manager with communications and specific training, including Aerial Lift and Electric Pallet Jack
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Bilingual HR Assistant | Part-Time:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
