Key duties and details for Customer Service Representative:
  • Understand products and services with completion and porting processes
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled on time by routing workflow and providing support
  • Serve as a liaison between Technicians and Call Centers to meet operation needs, including customer experience
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by management
  • Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm
  • Pay rate $14-$16/hour
  • Part-Time-

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
  • One year of call center experience preferred
  • Banking and cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional manner and attention to detail
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to stoop, bend at the knees and waist, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs
