Key Duties for Part-Time Cook:   

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards 

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and workstations 

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines 

• Assist with food prep and stocking ingredients 

• Monitor food quality and portion control 

• Work with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service 

• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties 

• Complete any other related tasks as needed 

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Part-Time Cook:   

• High School Diploma or GED   

• At least 3 years of restaurant cooking experience 

• Knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented 

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds 

• Ability to stand for extended periods 

• Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, reach and grasp
