Job Description
Do you have experience in cash handling and/or banking? Luttrell Staffing Group is recruiting Customer Service Representative for local company in Rogersville. Key duties and details for Customer Service Representative: • Taking new applications and cashiering • Understand products and services with completion and porting processes • Ensure orders are fulfilled on time by routing workflow and providing support • Serve as a liaison between Technicians and Call Centers to meet operation needs, including customer experience • Perform other duties that may be assigned by management • 36-40 hours per week for 6 months, then change to as needed • Pay rate: $16/hour Qualifications for Customer Service Representative: • One year of call center experience preferred • Banking and cash handling experience • Excellent communication skills • Professional manner and attention to detail • Must be able to sit for long periods of time • Must be able to stoop, bend at the knees and waist, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs Please click on the link below to apply, then call or text (423) 272-8115.
