Job Description
Do you have bookkeeping experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Payroll Bookkeeper positions in Bristol, TN.
Details for Payroll Bookkeeper position:
- $16-18 / Hour
- Monday-Friday
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
- Insurance Options
Job Duties for Payroll Bookkeeper:
- Process weekly payroll, including timesheet verification
- Track vacation, personal days, and sick leave for field and office
- Enter timesheets in Sage and manage direct deposits and checks
- Generate and distribute payroll reports
- Manage cell phone expense entries for job costing and billing
- Administer employee benefits enrollments and terminations
- Schedule background checks
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- Responsibilities cover all payroll tasks except quarterly reporting and W-2 preparation
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Payroll Bookkeeper:
- Payroll experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
