Job DescriptionJob Title: Payroll Clerk AR Backup Reports to: Payroll Manager FLSA Status: Non-ExemptFull Time7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. CST $17-$18 Excellent Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 401K and more Overview: Compile Payroll data to maintain payroll records, by performing the following duties. - Conduct Associates payroll for assigned branches.
- Conduct Associates payroll for all Suppliers/Companies.
- Conduct Child Support and Garnishments; scan and upload documents, mail CS orders and other time sensitive material.
- Data entry, email, fax, scan, file and copy.
- Excellent communication skills; displaying professional etiquette both verbal and written (internal and external)
- Assist in backing up Unemployment Clerk and AR Manager.
- Assist AR Manager with deposits (Gathering information, posting, running reports etc)
- Answering Phone and handling payroll questions from associates and/or Clients
- Employment Verifications (Phone and Written)
- Be available for overtime if necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Some lifting or carrying 0-30 pounds.
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Occasional repetitive hand and foot motion
