Job DescriptionJob Title: Payroll Clerk AR Backup                                     Reports to: Payroll Manager                                                                                                                                                       FLSA Status: Non-ExemptFull Time7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. CST $17-$18 Excellent Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 401K and more Overview: Compile Payroll data to maintain payroll records, by performing the following duties. Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct Associates payroll for assigned branches.
  • Conduct Associates payroll for all Suppliers/Companies.
  • Conduct Child Support and Garnishments; scan and upload documents, mail CS orders and other time sensitive material.
  • Data entry, email, fax, scan, file and copy.
  • Excellent communication skills; displaying professional etiquette both verbal and written (internal and external)
  • Assist in backing up Unemployment Clerk and AR Manager.
  • Assist AR Manager with deposits (Gathering information, posting, running reports etc)
  • Answering Phone and handling payroll questions from associates and/or Clients
  • Employment Verifications (Phone and Written)
  • Be available for overtime if necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
  • Some lifting or carrying 0-30 pounds.
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Occasional repetitive hand and foot motion   
Supervisory Role: This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
