Details for Payroll Clerk position:
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- $17/hr
- M-TH, 8am-5pm & Friday, 8am-4pm
- 40 hours per week
- Skills testing will be done prior to placement
- Upon Hire with Client perks: Meal Discounts, Health & Dental Insurance, Vacation & Holiday pay
Key Duties for Payroll Clerk position:
- Audit timekeeping records and consult management about discrepancies
- Export payroll data into ADP system and verify all totals prior to submission
- Input child support deductions into ADP system
- Audit daily sales reports for 5 locations and input data into AS400
- General filing
- Process insurance enrollments
- Other duties as needed
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year related work experience
- Prior experience in payroll and insurance
- Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ADP payroll software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be a team player
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to operate a 10 key calculator
- Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift
