Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Personal Assistant | Coordinator positions in Burlington, VT (occasionally will travel to Williston, VT).
Details for Personal Assistant | Coordinator position:
• $25 / Hour
• Between 8am-5pm
• Part-Time | Short-Term (estimated 20 hours/week)
• Weekly Pay
Job duties for Personal Assistant | Coordinator:
• Making travel arrangements for staff
• Coordinating catering and other items
• Managing the CEO's calendar, distributing (via email) materials for meetings, and other administrative tasks
• Picking up mail in Williston and dropping off at the site location
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Personal Assistant | Coordinator:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation to pick up materials
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
