Pay & Details for Plant Administrator position:
- $20 per hour
- Monday-Friday | 7am-5pm
Job Duties for Plant Administrator:
- Offer guidance on personnel policies and procedures for both employees and management
- Stay updated on federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Address and respond to inquiries related to human resources
- Support payroll processing activities
- Collaborate with the HR team to devise effective recruitment strategies
- Handle complaints related to workplace harassment, discrimination, or sexual harassment. Conduct necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel records
- Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
Requirements for Plant Administrator:
- Experience in office setting
- Speaking, reading, and writing in English. General computer and math skills required
- Background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Interview with Luttrell Staffing and client
- Resume required
