Job Description
Do you have customer service or automotive experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Business Development Coordinator positions in Alcoa, TN.
Details for Business Development Coordinator position:
- $18 / Hour
- Office Hours: Tuesday- Friday (9am-7pm), Saturday (9am-6pm)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Business Development Coordinator:
- Handle inbound service calls, schedule and coordinate appointments, and connect customers with relevant departments
- Follow up with customers on vehicle interest and confirm or reschedule appointments
- Conduct outbound courtesy calls for online sales and service
- Manage responses to online service lead platforms
- Assist with administrative tasks, including greeting customers and checking in vehicles on the service drive
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Business Development Coordinator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of previous customer service and/or automotive experience preferred
- Exhibits strong phone skills, organization, computer proficiency, work ethic, and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
