Details for Manufacturing Operator | Technician Position:
- $18 - 30 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Press Brake Operator | Technician Position:
- Install, adjust, align, and change tooling and equipment for production setup
- Read and interpret blueprints and complex schematics to create parts
- Inspect tools, dies, materials, and finished workpieces for defects, quality, and dimensional accuracy
- Test machines and equipment regularly to ensure efficient operation within tolerance
- Monitor materials throughout production to confirm quality standards are met
- Identify, report, and prevent equipment malfunctions, material issues, and documentation errors
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain process accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Press Brake Operator | Technician Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to independently complete setups and safely operate CNC controls, measuring, and production equipment with accuracy
- Proficient in interpreting measurements (mm, cm, inches) and understanding metallic properties and work order processes
- Strong attention to detail including close-range, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of prolonged periods of standing or sitting
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
