Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Manufacturing Process Technician positions in Pulaski, TN.
Details for Manufacturing Process Technician Position:
- $22-32 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Manufacturing Process Technician Position:
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality standards and operate within specified parameters
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain product quality
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes for better efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements
- Program equipment based on parts specifications and verify color concentrates to reduce scrap
- Conduct inspections and work closely with quality control to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform process adjustments and changes to improve cycle times and overall performance
- Assist in training operators and support equipment maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures regularly in daily tasks
- Follow all company policies and complete other related duties as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Manufacturing Process Technician Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in automotive or plastic parts production
- Strong background in process monitoring, optimization, and control
- Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues effectively
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with equipment programming and minimizing scrap
- Detail-oriented with focus on maintaining product quality and consistency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and team members
- Commitment to safety and operational procedures
