Job Description
Do you have previous production experience and looking for a fresh start? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Production (Masker) positions.
Details for Production (Masker) Position:
- $17 / Hour
- Monday - Friday | 8am-4:30pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Production (Masker):
- Process customer hardware using various masking techniques under supervision of the department team lead
- Apply various masking techniques to customer hardware
- Clean parts prior to the masking process
- Handle materials using proper tools and procedures
- Mask and unmask parts using tapes, dots, paint, plugs, and racks
- Read and follow job paperwork (job routers)
- Interpret basic blueprints
- Identify and report defective materials or issues to the team lead
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Production (Masker):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Results-driven attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
