Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Production Finishing Machine Operator positions in Oak Ridge, TN.
Details for Production Finishing Machine Operator position:
· $16+ / Hour
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Production Finishing Machine Operator:
· Operate Arpecos, Capes, Rewind and Fanfold Tables, Digital Finishing Equipment
· Perform maintenance and assist with repairs
· Produce orders per job specifications and inspect product for quality
· Conduct quality checks on each press roll and follow production schedule
· Install dies and die cut labels during converting
· Determine magnetic die reorder timing
· Apply laminate and UV coatings as needed
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Other duties as required
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Production Finishing Machine Operator:
· Previous experience operating similar equipment or exhibit mechanical aptitude
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Standard color perception and good hand dexterity
· Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
· Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Excellent problem-solving and strong computer skills
· Ability to work well alone or in a team environment
