Details for Production | Manufacturing Position: 
$18-18 / Hour 
Weekend Shifts | Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5pm-5am
Weekday Shifts | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5pm-5am
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production | Manufacturing Position: 
Follow directions to complete tasks in assigned area within a heavy manufacturing environment
Adhere to all safety and quality standards and maintain housekeeping expectations
Read engineering drawings to wind, assemble, and fabricate products to customer specifications
Perform hands-on assembly of transformer components
Operate manual and semi-automatic winding machines
Run machinery to produce coils, insulation, wire, and related materials
Use computer systems to review schedules and update job status
Complete and maintain required documentation, records, and check sheets
Operate cranes and forklifts for material handling
Monitor work quality and resolve issues as they arise
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments
Cross-train across multiple functions and assist in training others
Work independently and as part of a team
Work overtime as needed, including weekends
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Demonstrate commitment to safety, integrity, and accountability for self and team
Follow all policies and procedures in place 
Completes any other related tasks as needed 
  
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production | Manufacturing Position: 
High school diploma or equivalent 
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience using accounting software for invoicing
Professional and effective telephone communication skills
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
