Job Duties for Production Laser Fabrication Attendant Position:
- Accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties with authority aligned to responsibilities
- Assist machine operator with loading metal sheets or steel beams and unloading cut parts
- Locate and grind parts according to specified instructions
- Ensure all parts have visible and legible part numbers
- Maintain housekeeping in the laser machine area and remove debris
- Operate in compliance with basic processes and work instructions
- Perform additional duties as assigned or inherent to the position
- Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Production Laser Fabrication Attendant Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work with mechanical tools and equipment
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to learn company products and processes
- Ability to comply with quality, environmental, safety, and company policies and procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, lift or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance, and pull with full range of motion
- Ability to read and write legible for inventory counts and labeling
- Ability to work and communicate accurately with solid information
