Job Description
Do you have excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing a production team?
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Manager positions in Bland, VA.
Details for Production Manager position:
· $60-70k / Year
· Full-Time | Direct-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
Job duties for Production Manager:
· Oversee daily operations in palletizing of boulders in production
· Ensure smooth operation of all equipment while leading team to meet daily production targets
· Manage, document, and inspect quality control / efficiency of inventory
· Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of palletizing equipment; coordinate repairs and troubleshooting as needed
· Follow and enforce all policies and safety procedures in place while maintaining tidy workspace
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Production Manager:
· Previous experience in a production management role; heavy-duty or industrial environment preferred
· Experience of equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supervision
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
