Details for Production Member | Light Industrial position:
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- $16.50/hr

- Weekly Pay
- 5:15pm to 2:00am (2nd shift), Mon-Fri
Job Duties for Production Member | Light Industrial:
- Performs required functions to inspect or assemble an interior automotive piece
- Must meet quality standards within the required cycle time
- Ability to identify cosmetic defects such as scratches, scuffs, bumps, dents, etc. at each process of inspection
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Complete any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Production Member | Light Industrial:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, manipulate and feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to handle component parts approximately 85% of the average day
- Basic hand/eye coordination, balance, and motor skills necessary
- Ability to perform simple mathematical computations with high degree of accuracy
- Must have general reading and writing abilities
- Ability to perform close visual inspections
- Must be able to function efficiently and effectively under required standardized time study requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, walk and reach
