Job Description
Do you have warehouse experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production | Manufacturing positions in Johnson City, TN.
Details for Production | Manufacturing Position:
- $16 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production | Manufacturing Position:
- Start and operate assembly/production machinery at shift start
- Monitor equipment for proper product assembly
- Maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Clean and inspect equipment regularly
- Assemble product parts by hand and with power tools
- Drill and attach components using power tools
- Identify and remove defective materials from production
- Inspect assembled products for quality compliance
- Apply labels and finish exterior product details
- Package finished products for shipment
- Keep shop floor tidy and organized
- Follow all policies, safety, and material handling protocols
- Meet production quotas and deadlines
- Load and unload CNC machine centers, mills, and lathes
- Operate stamping presses as needed
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production | Manufacturing Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing setting is preferred
- Understands and operates shop equipment, interprets gauges, and troubleshoots malfunctions with analytical thinking
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, physical dexterity, and ability to assemble delicate parts
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
