Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Production Technician positions in Maryville, TN.

Duties for Production Technician Position
- Operate all specified equipment independently and according to provided schedules
- Report to VP and General Manager while maintaining proactive problem-solving for production issues
- Contribute to all aspects of production, collaborating with Screen Room and finishing teams
- Understand equipment operations, PPE usage, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain inventory of production consumables
- Communicate production status and issues to VP/General Manager and Screen Room
- Uphold established quality standards and follow quality assurance procedures
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Maintain a positive, professional team environment
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Requirements and Desired Skills this Production Technician position?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English reading, writing, and speaking required
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
- Analytical thinking and strong decision making
- Able to multitask and communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrates problem solving and issue resolution
- Manages multiple projects and priorities without missing deadlines
- Adaptive and flexible with changing responsibilities and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Hands-on approach to problem solving
- Detail oriented to maintain quality standards
- Skilled in basic computer use; experience with graphic applications is a plus
- Promotes and maintains safe work practices; forklift certification required
- Comfortable working around powered equipment and in various environmental conditions
- Physically capable of regular standing, walking, reaching, stooping, twisting, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs; assists with heavier loads
- Organized with a positive, customer-oriented attitude
