Details for Professional Cook | Culinary Specialist positions:
- Temp-to-hire
- Full-Time
- $17/hr
- 5:30am-2pm
Job duties and skills for Professional Cook | Culinary Specialist positions:
Follow approved recipes supplied by Company when prepping and cooking food
Facilitate truck orders per weekly menu
Check in food when delivered via truck
Keep coolers and all kitchen areas cleaned and sanitized
Complete production reports and temp logs daily
Confirm hot line and deli are in order throughout food service
Oversee normal day to day kitchen responsibilities
Other duties as needed
Do you have the requirements for this position?
- Must provide resume
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of large quantity and batch cooking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under stress
- General understanding of food preparation
- Ability to interpret recipes
- Understanding of kitchen tools and equipment
- Serv Safe Certification preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to be on feet for an extended period
