Job Description

Details for the Finance and Insurance Manager Position:
- $35,000/yr + commission with unlimited earning

Job Duties for the Finance and Insurance Manager Position:
• Present and explain financing options, loan terms, and payment structures
• Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
• Offer and enroll customers in protection products such as service contracts, GAP, and ancillary coverage
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Review credit applications and structure deals based on lender guidelines
• Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
• Meet, or exceed, individual and team performance goals
• Work closely with the Sales Team to keep deals moving efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the delivery and closing process
Qualifications and Desired Skills for the Finance and Insurance Manager Position:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Solid understanding of auto finance, credit, and lending practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to clearly explain financial information to customers
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
• Strong time management skills
• Comfortable using dealership systems, lender portals, and digital contracting tools
• 2 to 5 years of automotive sales or finance experience preferred
• Prior F and I, or Assistant F and I, experience is required
• Experience working with financial products, credit applications, or lending
• Proven track record of meeting performance or revenue goals
Certifications and Licensing:
- F and I certification or equivalent training preferred
- Must hold a Property and Casualty (P&C) License, or a Limited Lines Insurance Producer License
- Insurance license, as required by state law
- Completion of compliance training related to lending and privacy regulations
