Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Roanoke, VA. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering outstanding results. If you have the skills and expertise we need, we want to hear from you!
Details for Project Coordinator position:
- $50k-75k / Year (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- On-Site Position
- Occasional travel
Job Duties for Project Coordinator:
- Process new customer orders from BDMs and release internal sales orders promptly
- Organize kick-off meetings with BDMs and Project Engineers
- Manage approval drawing distribution and review customer feedback
- Alert BDMs and Bids/Proposals Manager of cost-impacting changes
- Oversee pre-construction activities and ensure timely product completion
- Monitor and communicate project schedules and goals to team members
- Keep team informed of schedule changes and product requirement updates
- Liaise with customers regarding timelines and production start dates
- Update customers on schedule changes
- Maintain PM Department's job database
- Attend weekly project management meetings with Engineering and Production
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Project Coordinator:
- One year certificate or Associate's degree
- 3-5 years of previous experience
- Project Management/Coordination experience a plus
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Strongly Preferred, but not required
- Must have clean driving record w/ valid driver's license
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, communicate clearly, understand full product lifecycle, and travel as needed to support customer interactions
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
