Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee operations related to our silicone restoration roofing projects in Gainesville, GA, and other locations as needed.
Position Details, Perks & Benefits:
- $20 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee and manage employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards
- Monitor and control the usage of materials to optimize resources and reduce waste
- Supervise the proper application of silicone restoration roofing products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company procedures
- Be prepared and able to travel as required for project needs
- Must have and use a reliable personal vehicle to commute and support travel needs
Qualifications for Project Manager:
- Experience with general labor and painting is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly
- Commitment to safety and quality in all project phases
