Job Duties for Project Manager – Sport Equipment & Supply Operations: 

• Manage the sports equipment program from end to end, including inventory, purchasing, supplier coordination, and client support 

• Track stock levels, forecast replenishment needs, and place and monitor orders 

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipment accuracy 

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, resolving issues and handling requests 

• Source new suppliers and equipment options, compare quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms 

• Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, inventory, vendors, invoicing, and pricing history 

• Completes any other related tasks as needed? 

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Project Manager – Sport Equipment & Supply Operations:

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 2+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or account management 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, clients, and suppliers at once 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working directly with clients and suppliers 

• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP/order software preferred 

• Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and financial transactions 

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on open orders and outstanding issues 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site or client visits as needed 

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot supply or delivery issues under pressure 

• Ability to multitask while being flexible to change and problem-solve 

• Ability to work in team environments
